摘要
The incidence of Sleeping-Disorder Breathing (SDB) is getting higher and higher, which is the source of chronic diseases in internal medicine, and brings a heavy social and economic burden. Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation, it's current standard treatment, still has many disadvantages, like high price, low compliance, ineffectiveness treatment of central suspension and so on. By detecting respiratory pressure and temperature, oxygen saturation (SpO2) and heart rate to judge if residual occlusion events are happening, then stimulate the hypoglossal nerve to contract the genioglossus, this paper proposes a respiratory mask based on hypoglossal nerve stimulation. In the next step, the mask is tested for safety and accuracy. The nerve electrical stimulation module, blood oxygen saturation, heart rate, respiratory pressure and temperature can be detected accurately. And the sleep breathing state is judged by the above parameters. Corresponding electrical stimulation is provided during sleep apnea, and this design is expected to provide a new non-invasive treatment for sleep-disordered breathing.
