Research on Merged Contentment of Teaching Staff in Merged Universities & Its Influence Factor

The contentment of the faculty in four merged colleges and universities in Shanxi and Shanxi has been investigated by the self- designed questionnaire tested through validity and reliability. The result of investigation demonstrates: 1.The faculty's overall contentment to consolidation is not high. 2. Three factors can be concluded to the faculty's contentment to consolidation: the factor of leaders and management, the factor of individual interest and the factor of school image, of which the factor of leader and management influences the contentment most.
