Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of intracerebral hemorrhage and summarize the related factors of death.Methods 152 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage who died in emergency room during 2000 to 2010,were collected and retrospective analysed.Results There were 110 males(72.37%)and 42 females(27.63%)in 152 patients.The constituent ratio of male and female patients was significantly different(P0.01).The patients mainly suffered from intracerebral hemorrhage in winter and daytime.There were seasonal and diurnal differences in onset of intracerebral hemorrhage.The region of intracerebral hemorrhage constituted 30.92% in basal ganglia and 26.32% in lobes of the brain;The incidence of cerebral hemorrhage of multiple location,hemorrhage of brainstem and encephalocoele constituted 19.08%,17.11% and 16.54% respectively.36 patients among 152 patients which hemorrhage broken into encephalocoele(23.68%).Conclusion The incidence of intracerebral hemorrhage is related with sex,age,season.The death of intracerebral hemorrhage in emergency room is related with the region of intracerebral hemorrhage.
