The Inheritance and Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage Under the Background of Cultural and Tourism Integration

With the development of The Times and the continuous improvement of people's understanding of traditional culture, intangible cultural heritage as an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture, more and more people began to pay attention to. In the process of protecting the intangible culture, local governments are more and more inclined to develop the protection, that is, under the background of cultural and tourism integration, the traditional culture will be transferred while protecting the intangible cultural heritage. In this process, we also face some problems. This paper studies the intangible cultural heritage related history, legislation and Chinese brigade fusion under the background of the development of intangible cultural heritage, by visiting the important scenic spots in Shanghai, the intangible protection unit and the street surveyed, from the political, social and economic aspects of exploring the Shanghai intangible heritage in brigade fusion achievements and challenges, for the intangible cultural heritage and brigade fusion development to provide sustainable development advice.
