摘要
A highly sensitive, colorimetric, and near-infrared (NIR) probe (SWJT-7) with a nucleophilic thiol moiety for the detection of acrolein was designed and synthesized. This probe exhibits a remarkable colorimetric response, high selectivity and fast response time (within 2 min) to acrolein. And SWJT-7 was also successfully used for the detection of gaseous acrolein and the imaging of intracellular acrolein produced from oxidatively stressed HepG2 cells.
