摘要
β-Catenin is the most significant molecule in the WNT/β-Catenin and E-Cadherin/β-Catenin signal pathway,that regulate the development and function of the immune cell.Recently,The roles of β-Catenin in the immune system has attracted more attention.β-Catenin can affect the stage of Double Negative selection to Double Positive selection transition of the T cell development.With the stimulation of the fibronectin,β-Catenin can contribute to maintenance of NK-cell survival in vivo.Also,β-Catenin signaling programs DCs to a tolerogenic state,limiting the inflammatory response in the intestine.And,β-Catenin is found to be able to promote type Ⅰ interferon production in the innate response.
