摘要
The COVID-19 pandemic has negatively impacted not only students’ lives but also their professional perspectives. This study analyses the educational impact, perspectives, and vaccine hesitancy among higher education students enrolled in a business school during this pandemic. A cross-sectional study was carried out through univariate and bivariate analysis with their respective statistical significances. Supply Chain and International Logistics and Port Management represented 40.2% of the sample student population. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, about 20% had to delay their graduation, 64.9% decreased their professional perspectives, 78.4% preferred in-person lectures, 67% felt depressed, and 32% demonstrated vaccine hesitancy. Other relevant results are also described and discussed. These insights can contribute to a better understanding of these phenomena by higher educational institutions (HEIs) to enhance their experiences not only in distance learning but also to provide better designed support services to their students during this pandemic crisis.
