Based on a review of presented power-on reset (POR) integrated circuit (IC) module designs for different environments and aims, an example of high-speed POR module with the supply voltage brownout detection and resilience to glitch supply noise (GSN) has been designed in a 0.18- $\mu \text{m}$ CMOS technology. The module has dimensions of $176 ~\mu \text{m}$ per $102 ~\mu \text{m}$ and the static current consumption of $14 ~\mu \text{A}$ . The basic features are stable detection thresholds of 1.52 and 1.42 V, the reset time pulse duration of more than 0.3 ms, independence from temperature, technological process, and the supply voltage value and slew rate. The unique feature is resilience to the supply voltage glitches down to 70% of the rated voltage, which is sometimes below any thresholds, with a duration of fewer than $10 ~\mu \text{s}$ .
