In view of the obvious high water content characteristics of fractured reservoirs in the late stage of development, compared with the application effects of three plugging agents, the nano-microsphere system was preferred as fractured reservoir plugging agent, and it was applied to Z212 block. Through the combination of indoor physics simulation experiment and numerical simulation, the nanosphere system evaluation was carried out, and the experimental results showed that the nanosphere system had good sealing performance for fractured reservoirs, and the numerical simulation results had consistent effect with the experiment. The injection parameters of the nanosphere system were optimized and the development scheme was predicted. After the implementation of nanosphere measures, the oil recovery rate was increased by 5.86%, and the cumulative oil increase reached 31.675×10 4 t, which effectively improved the problem of premature flooding in fractured reservoirs and achieved a good sealing and oil enhancement effect. It shows that nanospheres can be blocked-transport-re-blocked to a certain extent, which has obvious applications for effectively prolonging the stable production life and achieving economic benefit growth.
