摘要
The pd-1/pd-l1 monoclonal antibody plays a key role in the treatment of gastric cancer. However, little is known about the bibliometrics of pd-1/pd-L1 and gastric cancer. In this paper, bibliometric analysis was performed using a bibliometric approach based on the PubMed literature database using the citexs website (https://www.citexs.com/), with pd-1/pd-L1 and Gastric cancer as keywords searched for the period 2012-01 to 2022-12 for a large Data mining analysis. (1) Analysis of annual publication trends: 557 articles were published from 2012-01 to 2022-12 using pd-1/pd-l1 and gastric cancer as keywords, with an average annual publication of 56 articles. 2021 reached an annual peak of 127 articles, with the fastest growth rate of 900% in 2015, suggesting that research in this field is developing rapidly and is in a rapid rise. (2) Analysis of research countries (2) Analysis of research countries: From 2012-01 to 2022-12, the top 55 countries in the field of pd-1/pd-l1 and gastric cancer research were China (223 articles, 40.04%), United States of America (129 articles, 23.16%) and Japan (92 articles, 23.16%). The second and third countries are China (223 articles, 40.04%), the United States of America (129 articles, 23.16%) and Japan (92 articles, 16.52%). (3) Analysis of research institutions: The top 20 research institutions in the world in the field of pd-1/pd-l1 and gastric cancer research, including national cancer center hospital east and sungkyunkwan university school of medicine. Among them, national cancer center hospital east and sungkyunkwan university school of medicine were the top two institutions with 24 and 22 publications respectively, and seoul national university college of medicine was in the third place with 18 publications. (4) Analysis of study authors: The top 10 authors in the field of pd-1/pd-l1 and gastric cancer research from 2012-01 to 2022-12 are listed in Table 1. Jeeyun Lee is the third author with 13 publications. (5) Analysis of published journals: From 2012-01 to 2022-12, 557 papers were retrieved by using pd-1/pd-l1 and gastric cancer as keywords, and the top 30 journals in terms of publication volume are shown in Figure 4. Front Oncol ranked second with 18 articles, and Cancers (Basel) ranked third with 17 articles. (6) Keyword hot word frequency analysis: pd-1/pd-l1 and gastric cancer were searched as keywords, and the time span was from 2012-01 to 2022-12, as shown in Figure 5, the top 5 keywords appearing frequently were: gastric cancer, pd-l1, immunotherapy, pd-1, prognosis. (7) Associated gene analysis: Using pd-1/pd-l1 and gastric cancer as the keyword search, 557 papers were retrieved, and the BioBERT biomedical verbal representation model was used to mine and statistically analyze the entity words of genes in the abstracts of 557 articles. As shown in Figure 6, CD274 (391 articles) had the largest volume of literature; PDCD1 was in the second place with 236 articles; CD8A was in the third place with 123 articles. The bibliometric trend of pd-1/pd-L1 and gastric cancer is developing.
