摘要
With the vigorous advancement of smart grid construction, the pace of smart substation construction is accelerating. This design is based on the transformation of more and more common intelligent substations, which was conceived in order to speed up the commissioning of a field equipment. This device truly simulates the status of the primary equipment, including the circuit breaker, disconnector and grounding switch, receives remote control commands from the measurement, control and protection devices. When the primary equipment does not have a transmission, it performs the test of the entire group of relay protection, monitoring system remote signal remote control, lockout logic, and program control. The related work can make the site installation and commissioning not subject to civil engineering, electrical primary and electrical secondary installation. Speed up the progress of secondary debugging, reduce costs and the impact caused by debugging.
