摘要
The motor manifestations of Huntington disease (HD) cause a severe burden, but it is often the nonmotor impairments of behavior and cognition that have the greatest impact early in the disease course, sometimes even before motor symptoms or signs are noted.1 These disease features can affect relationships at home and in the workplace, and they are important to manage, even when the relationship to clinical HD onset is uncertain.
