摘要
The ongoing spread of drug-resistant bacterial infections poses a significant threat to public health, and early diagnosis and targeted treatment are the keys to successful treatment. Traditional bacterial culture and drug susceptibility testing is time-consuming and insensitive, and cannot meet the needs of clinical diagnosis and treatment, so molecular detection technologies, such as metagenomics next-generation sequencing, have become a new research direction. This article reviewed recent advances in high-throughput sequencing for the diagnosis and treatment of drug resistance in Gram-negative bacteria.耐药细菌感染的不断蔓延对公共卫生安全构成重要威胁,早期诊断和目标治疗是治疗成功的关键。传统细菌培养及药物敏感性检测耗时长、敏感性不高,无法满足临床诊治需求,高通量测序等分子检测技术成为新的发展方向。本文对近年来有关高通量测序在革兰阴性菌耐药诊治中的进展做一综述。.
