摘要
Anomalous kinetic and optical properties testifying to spectrum dielectrization at low temperatures are detected in a new class of RNiSn (R=Zr, Hf, Ti) intermetallic compounds, characterized by availability of periodic sublattice of vacancies of Ni atoms.
