摘要
With the wide application of thin film sensors in high temperature environments, such as high temperature thin film sensors mounted directly on the surface of aeroengine turbine blades, there is an increasing demand for insulating layers that can enhance high temperature resistance. In extreme conditions, the stability and durability of the insulation layer becomes particularly critical, and common problems include adhesion and insulation failure. This paper briefly introduces the structure of thin-film sensors and the role of the insulating layer, focusing on the recent years in the nickel-based high-temperature alloys successfully prepared in the single-layer or composite structure of the insulating layer, as well as different materials composed of the insulating layer and the reasons for the difference in the performance of the insulating layer is summarized. These provide an important reference for the selection of insulating layers at different temperatures, and summarize other methods to improve the insulating properties. Finally, the future development direction of the insulating layer is envisioned in light of the current research status of high-temperature thin-film sensors.
