摘要
To address the potential hazards of organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) residues in tea, an electrochemiluminescence (ECL) aptasensor based on functionalized nanomaterials was constructed in this work. Firstly, gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) were attached on the surface of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) by the constant potential electrodeposition to form a compound, and it was utilized to provide excellent immobilization sites for complementary DNA (cDNA).
