Can we call all obstructive lung diseases COPD?

The executive summary of the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) 2023 report was recently published in the European Respiratory Journal [1]. While major revisions were made across all chapters, we are very interested in the revised COPD definition and newly defined taxonomy (etiotypes). Can all chronic airway infections that lead to airflow obstruction be regarded as COPD-I?
