Spectroscopic analysis and molecular dynamics simulations followed by PBSA calculations confirms the formation of a stable complex between ofloxacin and hemoglobin. Further, electrochemical investigation demonstrates the gradual decrease of oxidative and reductive peaks of ofloxacin over time in the presence of hemoglobin.
