Hence, we fabricate a tea aroma sensor based on tungsten oxide with abundant oxygen vacancies for the rapid response of tea aroma in ppb-level. The tea aroma sensor exhibits a high sensitivity with a value of about 25 and the corresponding response and recovery time are 19 s and 5 s at 275 ℃ for 5 ppm linalool, respectively. It also shows impressive low detection limit with a response value of 2.5 for 150 ppb linalool at 275 ℃. In addition, the WO3-x based tea aroma sensor also shows excellent selectivity, cyclic and long-term stability. |
