High-index facets and multidimensional hotspots in Au-decorated 24-faceted PbS for ultrasensitive and recyclable SERS substrates

24-faceted PbS–Au hybrids are prepared and used as ultrasensitive and recyclable SERS substrates due to their high-index facets, strong visible-near-infrared light absorption, multidimensional hotspots, abundant hotspots, and efficient charge transfer.
