摘要
Sepsis, the uncontrolled organism's response to an infection, triggers life-threatening systemic disease characterized by high morbidity, high motality and high costs. Although a large number of studies have found various beneficial treatments, the clinical benefit is not obvious, and the overall mortality rate of sepsis has not decreased. The sepsis caused organ damage, especially heart dysfunction, has a higher mortality. Therefore, to improve cardiac dysfunction and myocardial injury after sepsis can improve the prognosis of patients. This article reviews on the recent progress in the mechanism of sepsis-induced myocardial damage and the improvement of related treatment methods.
