Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) enhanced the N6-methyladenosine (m 6 A) modification via downregulation of the expression of ALKBH5, leading to increased ID4 expression in an IGF2BP3 dependent manner and subsequent neural stem cells (NSCs) quiescence.
