摘要
Metal halide perovskites (MHPs) have excellent optical properties such as good color purity, high photoluminescence quantum efficiency and low manufacturing cost. Inkjet printing (IJP) is a powerful technique to achieve high‐density pixelated perovskite microarrays. In the display industry, the problem of low color gamut caused by optical crosstalk is faced. In this paper, the preparation process of perovskite quantum dots on the color filter is studied. The combination of IJP and lithography technology, the use of black matrix to avoid crosstalk and inkjet printing to achieve accurate patterning, successfully prepared the color filter containing red and green perovskite quantum dots. This paper provides a reference for the implementation of wide color gamut display.
