摘要
In this paper, we present a 17‐inch foldable printed OLED display based on flexible IGZO‐TFT backplane. To achieve high image quality, 4T1C pixel circuit with internal compensation function and a novel GOA circuit were exploited, flat R/G/B films were formed by mura free ink‐jet printing technology, in consequence, the printed OLED displays achieved 400 nit brightness and more than 90% uniformity. The electrical stability of flexible IGZO‐TFT was improved by optimizing the interface between the oxide layer and the adjacent film layer. Cooperated with efficient barrier characteristics flexible encapsulation technology, this panel passed the reliability test under high temperature and humidity. Therefore, the IGZO‐IJP technology was successfully applied to foldable note book displays and the bending radius is 4 mm.
