摘要
The self-assembled monolayers(SAMs) was employed to form the special surfaces, which were consisted of the organosilane terminated with vinyl(-C=C-), methyl(-CH3), amino(-NH2), and the mixture of the two. The results suggested the process of adhesion was dynamic variation with time which was regulated by multi-factors in common in the different periods, especially the charge positive and the extent. The quantity of adhesion on-NH2(0.4) was minimum within 5 hours, while was the maximum when it was 12 hours. The adhesion of diatoms was impacted in common with the surface wettability and the charge positive. Adhesion strength of diatoms on surfaces modified methyl(-CH3) was the most. There was no direct relationship between the amount of adhesion and adhesion strength of diatoms. It is important to explore the adhesion of diatoms, providing a potential way on prevention and treatment of marine fouling organisms.
