摘要
High temperature heat treatment Mg-0.69Sn-0.69Y alloy showed a high damping capacity (the damping value is 0.201 at ε=1 × 10−3) and a very low critical strain amplitude at room temperature (εcr1=2.97 × 10−5), which can be attributed to the co-effects of purified matrix phase and interfaces of subgrains. The substructure is unstable and the damping capacity decreases with the increasing temperature.
