摘要
Permanent magnet synchronous linear motor has advantages of high positioning accuracy, fast reaction speed, high sensitivity and good tracking effect. It is widely used in civil, industry, military and other industries. At the same time, the linear motor can switch between the active operation mode and the regenerative operation mode. Therefore, it has been widely concerned in the energy feedback system of automotive electromagnetic suspension. This paper summarizes and discusses the domestic and foreign research status, main control strategies and future research directions of linear motor in automotive suspension system. Firstly, according to the current situation of domestic status in this field, this paper summarizes the existing research results. Secondly, the different control strategies of permanent magnet synchronous linear motors in automotive electromagnetic suspension system are deeply analyzed. Thirdly, the key technologies and some difficulties in the development of permanent magnet synchronous linear motor type electromagnetic suspension system are discussed. Finally, it points out the future development direction of high performance and high-end automobile. Permanent magnet synchronous linear motor electromagnetic suspension system has a very broad application prospect.
