摘要
Acetone emerged as a critical biomarker gas for the diagnosis of diabetes. In this work, the Zn2SnO4/SnO2 hierarchical stack structure was prepared through hydrothermal method and roasting process to detected acetone. Compared with Zn2SnO4 and SnO2, the Zn2SnO4/SnO2 presented more superior acetone sensing performance. Thus SnO2 coupled with Zn2SnO4 can reduce the charge transfer resistance at the interface and improve the carrier migration efficiency.
