Primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) is a rare cholestatic liver disease characterized by chronic inflammation and severe fibrosis for which effective treatment options are currently lacking. In this study, we explored the potential of beta-lapachone (βL) as a drug candidate for PSC therapy.
