摘要
Abstract The temperature dependence of pyroelectricity under dc bias field was investigated in La-modified lead zirconate stannate titanaie antiferroelectric ceramics. A strong pyroelectric response resulting from ferroelectric to antiferroelectric phase transition was detected. By different external electric fields, the magnitude and peak temperature of pyroelectric current were tunable within a wide temperature range from 5°C to 100°C. Pyroelectric coefficient reached the order of 10−7∼10−6 C/cm2·K. The observed tunable pyroelectric characteristics and large pyroelectric coefficient make the PZST materials attractive for pyroelectric detectors.
