摘要
History-dependent memristive behaviors, which can emulate the plasticity, short-term memory to long-term memory transition, and the learning function of biological synapses, are demonstrated in viologen/triphenylamine-containing polymer organic redox system. Together with the advantages of mechanical flexibility and deformability, organic resistive switching materials and devices are promising candidates for the construction of large-scale neuromorphic networks and smart computers.
