As one of important natural materials in textileTextile and apparelApparel , cashmereCashmere is expensive and made for luxury products. ChinaChina is the largest producer and exporter of cashmereCashmere products, and a big potential consumer in the world. To better understand cashmereCashmere value chainValue chain , in this paper, we review the cashmereCashmere value chainValue chain structure in ChinaChina . We introduce two ChineseChinese cashmereCashmere companies who are successful in designing, manufacturing, and selling cashmereCashmere products. Last but not least, we propose challenges and problems in ChineseChinese cashmereCashmere industry. We believe that cashmereCashmere will be more and more important in textileTextile and apparelApparel industry as consumers’ increasing awareness of high-qualityQuality products. Thus, developing a responsive cashmereCashmere value chainValue chain is critically important.
