摘要
In this work, an electrochemical sensor for linolenic acid (ALA) based on molecular imprinting technique was constructed. The screen-printed electrode was used as the substrate electrode. The conductivity of the sensor was increased by modifying gold nanoparticles (AuNPs), ferrocene-carboxylated graphene oxide-carboxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (Fc-GO-MWCNT) complex materials, and molecularly imprinted film was polymerized on the surface of the electrode by electropolymerizing method using polydopamine as the functional monomer and linolenic acid as the template molecule. The sensor shows good linearity in the range of ALA concentration from 1.1 × 10-9 mol/L to 1.1 × 10-3 mol/L with a detection limit of 0.031 nM (S/N = 3). This is the first MIP-based electrochemical sensor for ALA, and it has great potential in practical applications.
