Left bundle branch pacing (LBBP) has conventionally been performed with the lumen-less, fixed helix lead (FHL).1 The stylet-driven, extendable-retractable helix lead (EHL) is an alternative,2 but with recent concerns over lead handling and loss of capture (LOC).3
