摘要
Traditional ADC drugs have a large molecular form and a long half-life, resulting in poor tissue penetration and prone to off-target toxicity. Miniaturized antibodies not only retain the specificity and affinity of total antibody, but also have faster tissue penetration and relatively short half-life, which can effectively avoid off-target toxicity. Therefore, the miniaturization of ADC is an effective method to solve the limitation of traditional ADC drugs.
