Clinical Application of Diosmin Tablets in Postoperative Complications of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Diosmin Tablets on postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods 60 cases of mixed hemorrhoids were adopted and randomized into two groups.30 cases in control group were administered placebo tablet continuously since the 1st day after operation on the basis of conventional treatment before and after operation.30 cases in research group were administered Diosmin Tablets continuously since the 1st day after operation on the basis of conventional treatment before and after operation.Anus edema,pain,feces remaining,itching,exudation and wound healing were recorded everyday.Results The total scores of anus edema,pain,feces remaining,itching,exudation and wound healing in research group were superior to those in control group,indicating significant difference(P0.05),without apparent adverse reaction presented.Conclusion Diosmin Tablets can cure postoperative anus edema,exudation,pain,itching and feces remaining in postoperative mixed hemorrhoids and shorten the time of wound healing.It can be regarded as the effective drug in prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids.
