摘要
Early detection and treatment of cancer are essential for the successful eradication of the disease. This study focuses on developing a biocompatible magnetic nanoparticle-based system for efficiently separating circulating tumor cells. The synthesized folic acid-polysaccharide-iron oxide nanoparticles (FAPIONPs) were utilized to separate DLA (Dalton's lymphoma ascites) from peritoneal fluid with a separation efficiency of 47 ± 5 %. The results obtained indicate the potential use of these FAPIONPs for early detection of clinically relevant circulating tumor cells, ultimately aiding in timely and successful cancer treatment.
