The purpose of this thesis is to study the visitor center and history museum in Busan Citizens' Park, which was opened in 2014. The paper analyzed the relationship between benches, trash cans, toilets, tourist information centers and universal design in the two buildings of the Visitor Center and the History Museum. analyzed the advantage and disadvantage of four types of facilities, including benches, trash cans, toilets and tourist information centers, in the field of universal design. Through literature review, the concept of public facilities guidelines, universal design concepts and evaluation elements are comprehensively understood and studied as the theoretical basis of this paper. Through the prior research and analysis, considering the characteristics of universal design, four evaluation factors such as susceptibility, usability, safety and proximity are proposed. Through the on-site inspection, the Pictorial analysis method was used to analyze the current situation of the benches, trash cans, toilets and tourist information centers in the visitor center and history museum of Busan Citizens' Park. Through case analysis, the evaluation elements of the universal design are used to comprehensively analyze the visitor center and history museum's benches, trash cans, toilets and tourist information centers in the Busan Citizens' Park. The research results are as follows. Using the characteristics of the universal design to evaluate the convenience facilities in the visitor center and history museum, the susceptibility and usabilityare the highest. But safety, proximity factors are not enough, it is necessary to develop and research facilities with multiple choices.
