摘要
Objective] To study whether chlorfenapyr can cause DNA damage of spleen, liver and renal cells in mice and there are differences in the effects of the chlorfenapyr-induced DNA damage among the three kinds of cells. [Methods] Chlorfenapyr was administrated to mice with a dose of 4.9,9.8 or 19.6 mg/kg bw once by gavage, then the percentage of comet cells and the comet tail length of the three kinds of cells were detected by comet assay. [Results] Compared with the corresponding control group, the percentage of comet cells and the comet tail length of the three kinds of cells significantly increased(P0.05-P0.001)in the groups treated with chlorfenapyr,in a significant linear dose-dependent manner.Compared at the identical dosage criterion, the percentage of comet cells increased in kidney, liver and spleen cells in descent order, the comet tail length of renal cells, spleen and liver cells increased in descent order(P0.05)at the three doses of chlorfenapyr, there were no significant differences in the comet tail length between spleen and liver cells. [Conclusion] Chlorfenapyr can induce the DNA damage of spleen, liver and renal cells in mice, and the renal cells are more sensitive to the effects on DNA damage caused by chlorfenapyr than liver cells, and liver cells are more sensitive than spleen cells.
