摘要
In this paper, AlSi7Mg-xSc modified alloys with different Sc contents were designed based on the thermodynamic calculation of the crack sensitivity factor and growth inhibition factor. The two new AlSi7Mg-xSc powders were fabricated by the selective laser melting (SLM) process. It was found that the addition of Sc was beneficial to the molten pool deoxidation during the SLM process, and effectively prevented the oxidation of Al alloy. At the same time, Sc2O3, Al2O3, and AlSc2Si2 played the role of hetero-nucleation to improve the strength and plasticity of AlSi7Mg-xSc. The maximum tensile strength and elongation of AlSi7Mg-xSc were 411 MPa and 9.45%, respectively, which provided new materials for the material database of the SLM process.
