Calibration method for measuring angle device with CCD

Angle measuring accuracy is the important technique index of the measuring angle device with CCD. The calibration methods for CCD camera have some disadvantages, such as the high requirements to the used devices and the complicated operation processes. This paper proposed a new calibration method based on the triangle principle using cross target, the corresponding mathematics model is established. The results of the academic analysis and the contrast experiment show that the new method is correct, and its accuracy can be controlled. It is easy to be popularized and applied because of the strong adaptability and the simple operation.
