摘要
A lifting design scheme has been proposed for the simple three-dimensional garage in the paper, that is, the hydraulic mechanism of scissor-fork is used for lifting. Due to fork scissors mechanism parameters and oil cylinder position parameters influence the performance of organization, thus established the hydraulic oil cylinder thrust function for optimizing target, the mathematical model based on objective optimization theory, parameters optimization design by using MATLAB optimization toolbox, through comparative analysis of before and after the optimization parameters, obtained the reasonable structure parameters, After optimization, the thrust of the cylinder is reduced by 50.8%, which has important reference value for the construction of stereo garage and lifting technology.
