On page e344, the title page, an additional endorsement has been added. It reads, “Reviewed for evidence-based integrity and endorsed by the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and Congress of Neurological Surgeons.”2. On page e346, left hand column, first paragraph, the first sentence read, “…Section 3.7.4., Recommendation 5 resulted.” It has been updated to read, “…Section 3.7.2., Recommendation 2 resulted.”3. On page e353, in “1.7. Organization and Integration of Components” section, the recommendation table, Recommendation 3, the fourth sentence read, “Facilities are encouraged to define criteria that can be used to credential individuals who can perform safe and timely intra-arterial revascularization procedures.” It has been updated to read, “Facilities are encouraged to consider preestablished criteria that can be used to credential individuals who can perform safe and timely intra-arterial revascularization procedures such as those agreed on by the Committee for Advanced Subspecialty Training of the Society of Neurological Surgeons in conjunction with other professional societies.61a”4. On page e368, in “Table 8. Eligibility Recommendations for IV Alteplase in Patients With AIS,” in “Additional recommendations for treatment with IV alteplase for patients with AIS (COR IIa) And (COR IIb)” section, the “Recent MI” subsection, the third entry read “For patients presenting with AIS and a history of recent MI in the past 3 mo, treating the ischemic stroke with IV alteplase may reasonable if the recent MI was a STEMI involving the left anterior myocardium.† (COR IIb; LOE C-LD)§” It has been updated to read, “For patients presenting with AIS and a history of recent MI in the past 3 mo, treating the ischemic stroke with IV alteplase may be reasonable if the recent MI was a STEMI involving the left anterior myocardium.† (COR IIb; LOE C-LD)§”5. On page e373, in section “3.7. Mechanical Thrombectomy,” subsection “3.7.2. 0 to 6 Hours From Onset,” the following changes have been made:• Recommendation 5 from section “3.7.4. Technique” has been inserted and labeled as Recommendation 2.• In the knowledge byte section for renumbered Recommendation 2, the following changes have been made:∘ In the second paragraph, the fourth sentence has been deleted.∘ In the second paragraph, last sentence, the reference citation has been renumbered.
