Abstract ARResT/Interrogate was built within the EuroClonality-NGS working group to meet the challenge of developing and applying assays for the high-throughput sequence-based profiling of immunoglobulin (IG) and T-cell receptor (TR) repertoires. We herein present basic concepts, outline the main workflow, delve into EuroClonality-NGS-specific aspects, and share insights from our experiences with the platform.
