摘要
Combining two-dimensional nanostructure multioxidation state conductive polymers with traditional inorganic inhibitors to enhance the anticorrosion ability of epoxy resin coatings is an interesting research topic. In this work, the zinc silicate/polyaniline (Zn2SiO4/PANI) composite was successfully synthesized through hydrothermal and in situ polymerization methods. The two-dimensional plate-like nanostructure of the composite significantly improved the shielding effect. Moreover, the inherent semiconductivity of the composite, via the synergistic action of electrochemical protection effect and microcapacitance effect, substantially enhanced the anticorrosion properties of the epoxy resin coatings. After the immersion test in a 3.5 wt % NaCl solution, the electrochemical impedance of the Zn2SiO4/PANI composite coating was 585.8% of that of blank epoxy resin, demonstrating exceptional anticorrosion performance. This work highlights the efficacy of two-dimensional nanostructure conductive composites for preparing anticorrosion inhibitors.
