Background Autoimmune encephalitis (AE) is a neuroimmune disorder, posing significant diagnostic challenges. The FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS) database serves as a resource for exploring the relationship between drugs and AE, yet comprehensive studies in this area remain scarce. This study aims to analyze the potential association between drugs and AE using the FAERS database, providing novel insights for clinical practice and pharmacovigilance. This study aims to comprehensively evaluate the occurrence of AE induced by drugs using the FAERS database, elucidating the relationship between drugs and diseases, and uncovering potential adverse reactions.
