摘要
[Objective] The research aimed to study the biocontrol effect of endophytic Bacillus sp. from spinach against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp.spinaciae.[Method] It was tested in the dual-culture test in plates that endophytic Bacillus sp. inhibited Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. spinaciae. Biocontrol effect of different concentration endophytic Bacillus sp. against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. spinaciae and its localization in spinach roots were investigated. [Result] Optimum concentration for controlling Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. spinaciae was 1×107 cfu/ml.Bacillus sp.were clearly localized in the xylem vessels of spinach. [Conclusion] Endophytic Bacillus sp. from spinach have good biocontrol effect against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. spinaciae. So it is feasible of developing biocontrol preparation which has potential biocontrol value by using endophytic Bacillus sp.
