To detect illegal unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) while guarantee the communication quality simultaneously, an optimal deployment problem for 5G multi-base station cooperation system is investigated in this paper. The multi-base station deployment optimal problem is solved by proposing an improved iteration algorithm, Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization (MOPSO). Firstly, an evaluation model of multi-base station deployment is established by determining the deployment position and antenna declination angle of each base station using effective detection coverage and effective communication coverage as two objective functions. Then, to obtain the optimal deployment result, a test region whose center is Chengdu Tianfu Square is chosen. Finally, by comparing performance between traditional uniform deployment and the optimal deployment obtained in the test region, the superiority of optimal deployment is verified.
