摘要
We report the development of a high-performance UV photodetector based on W 18 O 49 /TiO 2 nanofibers enabled by plasmon-induced synergistic photo/thermal enhancement; the responsivity of this device significantly exceeds those of TiO 2 -based photodetectors reported to date.
