摘要
Inorganic zinc-rich coating shows excellent properties of anti-corrosion,resistance to organic solvents and gamma rays or neutron bombardment and heat-resistance,it is one of the best paints for the steel accessories in the badly corrosion environments.Several kinds of typical water-borne inorganic zinc-rich coating were researched.The advantages and disadvantages of their anti-corrosion capabilities were analyzed and compared in detail by testing the water vapor transmission capability,salt fog capability and electrochemistry protective capability.The results show that GZH202 and FZ-1 type water-borne inorganic zinc-rich coatings have better anti-corrosion capability than LW-1 and IC531 type ones.The results obtained herein provide good reference value on further studies of the use of water-borne inorganic zinc-rich coatings.
